For questions about a specific structure, call 616-425-8188 or send photos and dimensions through the estimate form.

How can I receive a free quote?

Complete the free estimate form and upload 4–5 photos of the area you want covered. Include a simple sketch showing the deck dimensions, posts, stairs, and any unusual sections. Clear photos and measurements help the team prepare an accurate project review.

How is Under Deck Oasis purchased and installed?

Start with the free project estimate. The team reviews your deck, plans the system, finalizes colors and accessories, and coordinates professional installation through an Under Deck Oasis crew or a trained installer serving your area.

How much does the system cost?

Pricing depends on deck size and shape, location, finish, drainage path, posts, beams, cantilevered areas, stairs, fans, lighting, other accessories, and installation complexity. A project-specific review is the reliable way to determine cost.

Can the ceiling color match my home?

The current palette includes eight solid colors and five woodgrain finishes. Panels and trim can be mixed for contrast or coordination. Because screens and lighting affect color appearance, request physical samples before making a final selection.

When it rains, where does the water go?

The interlocking panels collect water that passes through the deck boards. A slight slope moves it into a gutter, and the gutter feeds a downspout that directs water to the planned drainage location.

Can I add lights, fans, heaters, or speakers?

Yes. The ceiling can be planned around properly rated lights, fans, heaters, speakers, and other accessories while preserving the drainage path. Accessory and electrical work should be coordinated with qualified professionals.

How does the system perform in strong wind?

The carrier system captures the aluminum panels from above and below to keep the ceiling secure. The final installation is planned around the deck structure and local project conditions.

What happens when snow or ice is on the deck?

The all-aluminum system was developed in Michigan with demanding winters in mind. Meltwater is handled through the same panel, gutter, and downspout path. Site conditions and drainage outlets should be considered during winter weather.

Can beams and posts be wrapped?

Beam and post finishing can often be coordinated as part of the overall room design. What is practical depends on the structure, clearances, drainage path, and desired finish, so include clear photos with the project request.

What if bolts or hardware extend below the deck beams?

Protruding hardware is a common project condition. The team evaluates available clearance and plans the carrier and ceiling elevation around the actual structure.

How is this different from a big-box under deck product?

Under Deck Oasis is a complete all-aluminum drainage and ceiling system planned for the specific deck and professionally installed. Material, carrier design, drainage details, trim, accessories, and workmanship all contribute to the finished result.

What warranty protection is available?

Under Deck Oasis provides separate installation and manufacturer material warranty documents. A separate disclosure applies to homes near salt water. Review the complete documents on the warranty page for terms, limitations, and claim procedures.

Do you serve my area?

Under Deck Oasis plans projects across the continental United States using traveling crews and trained installers. Availability and scheduling vary by location; send your ZIP code with the project information for current options.
